You have complete control over data visibility. By default, your carbon footprint data is private and visible only to authorized users within your organization. You explicitly control what information is shared with suppliers, customers, or other external parties through secure sharing features like Carbon Attested Products (CAPs).
Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification?

How often is data backed up?

What happens to our data if we cancel our subscription?
You can export your data at any time before or after subscription cancellation. We provide a reasonable grace period after cancellation during which you can access and export your complete dataset. Data retention and deletion policies will be detailed in your service agreement.
