<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/0dcb576e-1a82-4817-9437-e22b1f46bf22"></figure><h3 style="text-align:center;">The aim of this feature is to facilitate the import and export of System Data across tenants in a CarbonSig multi-tenant software.</h3><h3>&nbsp;</h3><h3>Export Process system</h3>Users can export process system templates and associated data into a JSON file.The export option is available in the hover menu of the Process System tab.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/87682de1-ca49-4722-9720-ea0f2a2ba8ff"></figure>Users can export either the template alone or along with data if the system contains any.Objects, LCIs, EFs, and the relations between Objects and LCIs will be exported.Local LCIs, EFs, and Ecoinvent LCIs will not be exported.CAPs will not be exported; only Objects related to CAPs will be included.<h3>Import Process System</h3>Users can also import process systems using the appropriate JSON file.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/be4d77d7-a86b-4d71-a43c-5b9df9b4d082"></figure>The Import button will open a browser window where the user can locate the appropriate JSON file for importing. If the user already has some entities such as Objects, LCIs, or EFs, these entities will be flagged with an asterisk and won’t be imported, as they already exist in the local Library. If there is a different connection between the Object and LCI than in the current Tenant, the import connection won’t be imported. In this article, we'll explore how to create a new system template within our software. A system template helps you visually map out the flow of carbon emissions within your organization.Starting Point: Click on the Create button from the System page.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/3457b7b0-b193-4206-b9c7-233953bef419"></figure>Clicking "Create" opens a modal window where you'll define your system details. These include:<ul><li>System Name: Give your process a clear and descriptive name.</li><li>Description: Briefly explain the purpose and function of this process system.</li><li>Declaration: (Optional, depending on your software) Outline any specific declarations or assumptions related to the system.</li><li>Allocation Rules: Specify how emissions will be allocated within the system (if applicable).</li><li>Cut-Off Rules: Define any thresholds or limitations for including emissions data (if applicable).</li></ul>Don't worry, all fields can be edited later - This screen is just the starting point. Once you click "Create" you'll enter Design Mode, where you can further refine these details.Ok, now you are greeted by a dedicated workspace, often referred to as the canvas. Remember, system templates are reusable blueprints for your carbon footprint calculations. The Admin in the User Management section initiates the process by clicking on the "Add User" button.&nbsp;<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:66.4%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/a56f588c-be99-40a7-883f-55b6275cc4a8"></figure> &nbsp;The Admin begins by typing the user's email address. If the system finds the email address, it indicates that the user already exists in CarbonSig. In this case, the account can only be added as an External User.&nbsp; &nbsp;<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:47.88%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/d4d2c374-95e6-435f-bd3a-762a4b2f7df8"></figure>The Admin can then:<ul><li>Assigne workspace(s)</li><li>Grant specific role.</li></ul>Finally, the Admin clicks on the "Invite External User" button. An email will be sent to the existing account to complete the invitation process.

A new user will get an email invitation: &nbsp;<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:44.11%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/60354ad5-e9d2-4da8-a433-c85a4a1bd1ba"></figure>After a new user clicks on the link from the email, they are redirected to a page where they create their first and last name.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:50.69%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/e2c2d85f-e201-44fe-9b19-2c93fc1f8ca7"></figure> Rules for these fields include:<ul><li>Length must be between 3 and 16 characters.</li><li>Field names must include only characters: A-Z, a-z, - (hyphen), ' (apostrophe).</li><li>The name must start with A-Z or a-z.</li><li>The first and last characters cannot be enter space; only one enter space is allowed between characters.</li><li>Clicking "Confirm Full Name" redirects to the next page.</li></ul>After confirming, the user is redirected to the page to create and confirm the password.&nbsp;<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:67.95%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/4d93330c-085f-4163-b5d5-e8a638035690"></figure> Password requirements:<ul><li>Must contain at least 8 characters</li><li>Must contain at least one uppercase letter</li><li>Must contain at least one lowercase letter</li><li>Must contain at least one number</li><li>(Optional) May contain one special character &nbsp;</li></ul>Once the account is activated, clicking 'Continue' will redirect the user to the login page, where they can sign in using their Email and Password.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:77.29%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/1e4393c1-7589-4835-b640-8bd330054989"></figure>
