Latest updates June '26 — Revision request and round-based verification
Send a revision request
When a verifier has completed a review round and identified issues requiring correction, they can send a formal revision request directly from the engagement page.
Clicking Send revision request opens a confirmation modal that shows the total number of Findings raised and warns the verifier that they will not be able to add new Findings or reply to comments until the client resubmits. The verifier must confirm before the request is submitted.
Once confirmed:
- The engagement status on the verifier side changes to Awaiting Response.
- The verifier enters read-only mode. The Add Finding buttons are disabled and existing comment threads are locked. Only Open and Close actions remain available.
- The client receives an email notification and their model status changes to Revision Requested.

Review findings and respond as a client
When a client opens the Register page and clicks on a model in Revision Requested status, the right sidebar updates to reflect the current state. The sidebar title reflects the revision context, for example, "Revision requested — Round 1." A progress bar shows how many Findings have been addressed relative to the total raised.
Clicking Open from the sidebar opens the model in read-editable mode. A Findings panel is visible inside the model view, listing all Findings raised by the verifier in this round. Each Finding shows:
- The verifier's comment.
- The location of evidence context, for example, Model, Product, or Node.
- A reply thread where the client documents their corrective action.
Clients cannot add new Findings. They can only reply to existing ones. Replies serve as the formal corrective action record for the round.

Submit revisions
When the client has finished responding, they return to the Register page and click Submit revisions in the right sidebar. Confirming submission:
- Transitions the model status to Under Verification.
- Locks the model on the client side.
- Sends a notification email to the verifier that the next round is ready.

Round-based review cycle
After the client resubmits, the engagement on the verifier side transitions to Under Review. The verifier can add new Findings and reply to Findings from the previous round. The round counter increments automatically.
